This patient presented with severe AR in a previously replaced prosthetic aortic valve.

Note flow reversal in the descending aorta seen in the pulse wave doppler, and its exaggerated pulsatility in the short axis view.

The measured pressure half time of the CW doppler was <90ms, consistent with severe aortic regurgitation.
